Material Handler

Carcum Renovators is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and Unload Products: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and other equipment.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Operate a variety of equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, to move products and materials.
- Read Blueprints: Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements.
- Pick Orders and Stock: Pick orders and stock products and materials in a timely and efficient manner.
- Weigh Materials: Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory and shipping.
- Make Labels: Make labels and attach them to goods as needed.
- Pack and Unpack Goods: Pack and unpack goods in a safe and efficient manner.
- Store Cargo: Store cargo and materials in a secure and organized manner.
- Transport and Distribute: Transport and distribute materials and goods to various locations.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory using computerized inventory control systems.
- Inspect Products: Visually inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
