Material Handler

Carcum Renovators is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
- Operating a variety of equipment to move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Reading blueprints to determine dimensions of structures or systems and material requirements.
- Weighing materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory.
- Making labels and attaching them to goods.
- Packing and unpacking goods to ensure safe transportation.
- Storing cargo and materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Transporting and distributing materials and goods to meet customer demands.
- Organizing and maintaining inventory using computerized inventory control systems.
- Visually inspecting products for quality and accuracy.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
- Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
