We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at JTS Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping. They will be accurate, have excellent written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, and be organized with good time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
