We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Chung & Associates. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

You will also be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence and legal documents, as well as reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents, including reports and memoranda
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a law firm or legal services organization
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
