Job Summary

Nanak Auto Centre Inc. is seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team. As a Welding Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
