Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at Weld O Canada Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Welding Process Specifications: Review and interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient execution.
  • Operate Welding Equipment: Safely operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work in a Team Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in metal fabrication and welding.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
