About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our team at Sharco Chemical Innovation Inc. as an Environmental Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for environmental sustainability and develop strategies to implement them.
  • Develop and implement programs related to scientific fields, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Document investigations and conclusions/recommendations, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Study and evaluate chemical or biological hazards and stresses in the workplace, and suggest changes to work processes to mitigate them.
  • Prepare patent applications and lead groups in the development of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in environmental sustainability.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science or sustainability.
  • 5 years or more of experience in environmental sustainability or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel.
