**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth and Category Insights Manager to join our team at Kellogg Canada. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a revenue growth and category strategy that drives conversion and growth for our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and Deliver Revenue Growth Strategy: Lead the revenue growth function with customer and commercial teams, integrating modeling and optimizing trade plans.
  • Category Leadership with Customers: Drive regular engagement at senior leadership levels for various accounts, developing account-specific category strategies.
  • Provide Key Insights: Evaluate the performance of multiple product launches, corporate promotions, and other initiatives, ensuring effective communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, with a Business Diploma or Degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in CPG-related roles, with a strong track record of presenting complex information to multiple audiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Nielsen, Microsoft Office, Planograming, and customer POS software.
  • Experience with trade spend syndicated data and insight generation capability to propose winning strategies.
  • Experience in managing vendor/customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with financial and data macros.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
