Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Boston Pizza

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
