Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to our customers.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
