Restaurant Operations Manager

ASRAA MANAGEMENT INC. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of 11-15 staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the growth and success of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Leadership and Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making informed decisions to drive business growth and success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
