Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Real Time Security Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to ensure that security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reporting and follow-up actions.
- Participate in emergency response planning and training to ensure that our team is prepared to respond to any situation.
- 5-10 years of experience in security management, with a strong background in supervisory and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security teams and implementing effective security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
