Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Real Time Security Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle emergency situations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and Evaluate Security Operations: Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall security experience.
- Develop and Implement Security Protocols: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement security protocols, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle a variety of situations.
- Manage Security Equipment and Resources: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and other security systems, to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including operations, HR, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our clients.
- Security Guard License: Possess a valid security guard license and be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with security personnel, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Physical Demands: Be able to stand for extended periods, work in a variety of environments, and lift up to 25 pounds.
