About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Team Leadership
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations Management
    • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
    • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the hotel's needs are met.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure the hotel's security and safety protocols are in place and followed.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
