About the Role
The Victoria Conservatory of Music is seeking a skilled Facilities Booking Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities staff, you will be responsible for managing room bookings, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to our faculty and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room bookings and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to our faculty and staff, including data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers to support VCM events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
