About the Role

The Nunavik Housing Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant. In this role, you will provide assistance to tenants by raising their awareness on the importance of maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units and promoting safe and healthy habits
  • Work under the supervision of the Pivallianiq program manager to ensure the smooth operation of Client Services
  • Provide support to the Housing Manager in all activities related to the administration of Client Services

Requirements

  • Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in Client Services or a related field
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French or English)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings
