Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant

The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant. In this role, you will provide assistance to tenants by raising their awareness on the importance of maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units in good condition
  • Provide education on safe and healthy habits in and around homes
  • Work closely with the Pivallianiq program manager to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in Client Services or related field
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French or English)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
