Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate to provide assistance to tenants by raising their awareness on maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting healthy habits in and around their homes. The successful candidate will uphold the organization's mission, goals, and values while working effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tenant support and education on housing unit maintenance and health practices under the supervision of the Pivallianiq program manager.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Client Services, including tenant interactions, when necessary.
- Secondary V diploma or relevant experience in lieu of diploma.
- Two years of experience ideally related to Client Services, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in two of the three languages spoken in the region (Inuktitut, French, or English).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to travel for training or meetings.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High regard for confidentiality.
- Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
The starting salary is $25.91 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience evaluation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including northern benefits, and an engaging work environment.
