Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Beeno's Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef

Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Beeno's Pizza, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk. You must have excellent oral communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
