Dental Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our Public Health department, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dental health prevention and promotion services for communities and populations in Northern Health
- Work in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia
- Collaborate with the Program Lead and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Grade 12
- Successful completion of a recognized Certified Dental Assistant Program and 1 year's recent related experience
- Current registration and licensure as a Certified Dental Assistant in the College British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle for work purposes
