Nurse Aide Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Upninderjit Singh Harrad. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Supply and empty bed pans, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments.
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
