Job Title: Associate Director, Broadcast Investment

Havas Media is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Broadcast Investment to join our team. As a key member of the Investment team, you will be responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts in delivering innovative broadcast campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and select media partners that align with our strategic objectives
  • Lead the Broadcast Investments team through the lens of Humanity, driving innovation and thought leadership
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in the industry
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver seamless results
  • Develop and implement investment strategies for clients
  • Supervise and manage the execution of broadcast buys
  • Train and educate team members on media planning and buying
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of media buying experience with progressive levels of responsibility
  • Strong negotiating, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage to deadlines
  • Leadership, initiative, and willingness to assume greater responsibility
  • Understanding of agency planning procedures and familiarity with internal capabilities
