We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Soghaat Sweets & Bakers. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pastry department, ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to produce high-quality products.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient production.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The bakery is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be a team player, and possess strong judgment and reliability skills.
