Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Overnight Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, food service, or hospitality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management effectively.
Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
