About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Overnight Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.

  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.

  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail or food service.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.

  • Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
