We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Self-Checkout Attendant to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, ensuring a safe and efficient shopping environment for customers.
- Assist customers with the use of self-service options, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Promote company-sponsored programs and services, such as credit card services and charity initiatives.
- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Conduct quality checks and interventions as required, communicating clearly with customers and providing positive reassurance.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete the necessary documentation.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of any technical issues or low cash levels in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated home after use.
