Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation, coaching, and guidance on HR initiatives to business leaders
  • Develop relationships with front-line managers to foster open communication and trust
  • Support foreign worker program initiatives, abilities management, and leave of absence administration
  • Represent the organization at grievance meetings and provide guidance on Collective Agreements and Terms and Conditions
  • Participate in the review, revision, and implementation of new or updated HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Investigate and manage complex employee and labour issues
