Job Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Medicine Specialist to join our team at the Well Health Medical Centre MB Clinic in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a fee-for-service opportunity with an overhead split.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide pediatric community medical consultation services for new patients and follow-ups. As a member of our turnkey clinic, you will direct your assigned Medical Office Assistant to ensure a safe and well-run clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day direction to the Medical Office Assistant
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Pediatric Medicine
  • Eligibility for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • PALS, CPSM license in good standing
  • Complete and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry as appropriate
Compensation Package

This is a fee-for-service opportunity with an overhead split. The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location.
