Job Title: Personal Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Personal Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • PSW diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
