About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Elevate RS Corp. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and build long-term relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and aligning suitable solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions using CRM software (Hubspot).
  • Present solutions to prospects and current customers, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Daily prospecting in an open territory and vertical, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Report and pass leads to the Account Manager, ensuring seamless handovers and follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent is mandatory; Bachelor's Degree or College degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of external sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software (Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Other) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (spoken and written), and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures, with a strong listener and track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Drive for continued growth, ability to work remotely and in an office environment, and autonomy to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An annual salary of $50,000 (CAD) + Commission.
