Job Description

The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining dump trucks in various terrain and weather conditions. This is a physically demanding role that requires efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dump trucks to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent mechanical failures.
  • Liaise with other crew members to coordinate tasks and achieve project deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • DZ class license and a clean driving record.
  • No formal education required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health and dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
