Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

Special Touch Landscaping is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Execution: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Project Management: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Quality Control: Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Supervision:

You will be supervising 3-4 people.
