Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

Special Touch Landscaping is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Execution: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize planting, construction, and maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks and managing resources.
  • Communication: Schedule events, programs, and activities, and maintain open communication with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

As a Landscaping Foreman/Woman, you will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in varying weather conditions. You must be able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and be physically fit.
