Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Aarti Impex Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing contracts, and providing administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement sales policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of sales meetings and conferences
  • Manage sales contracts and agreements
  • Compile sales data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of sales reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for sales team members
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales
Requirements
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an asset
  • Permanent employment
  • English is the primary language of work
  • 35 hours of work per week
