Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, working closely with sales representatives, vendors, and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer orders, including processing purchase orders, requesting discount reimbursements, and communicating with vendors.
- Enter equipment information into our operating system, including equipment description, model type, and year.
- Communicate with sales representatives and customers regarding order status.
- Arrange delivery of equipment, including coordinating with shipping and customers.
- Process customer sales invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in a material handling environment is an asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
