Office Support Specialist

At Amayra enterprises ltd, we are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Additionally, the Office Support Specialist will prepare and format page presentation, compile data, statistics and other information, and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an office setting. The work environment will be fast-paced, and the candidate will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be a team player with adaptability, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare and format page presentation
- Compile data, statistics and other information

Requirements:
