Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Amayra Enterprises Ltd. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, maintaining accurate records and files.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Prepare and format page presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Work Environment: Our office is a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, efficiency, and a positive attitude. As an Office Support Specialist, you will work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
