Job Title: Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Amayra Enterprises Ltd. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Accurately type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free communication.
  • Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Processing: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Mail and Messaging: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages as required.
  • Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices, and bank deposits to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • File Management: Label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and locate and remove files requested by staff.
  • Office Organization: Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
