Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor at Panda Convenience and Variety, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store activities and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires a blend of leadership skills and retail expertise.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within retail
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including apprentices and design personnel.
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Manage inventory levels and place orders for merchandise.
  • Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
  • Organize inventory and ensure its proper maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Handle cash management and oversee payroll processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
  • Oversee office and volunteer personnel.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
