  2. To communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high-quality customer experiences.
  3. To develop and maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  4. To demonstrate knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of customer service software, databases, tools, and trends, as well as strong capabilities with a variety of tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Acrobat Reader.
