Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Director to join our team at Helias Enterprises Limited.

Job Summary:

The Strategic Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and managing events. This role will also involve representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions, as well as conducting performance reviews and recruiting staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources
  • Manage events and represent the organization in negotiations
  • Conduct performance reviews and recruit staff
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30-40 hours per week
