As a Geotechnical Project Manager at GSI environement Incorporé d'Filial Englobe, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of various sizes from start to finish. Your expertise in geotechnical engineering and project management will be essential in coordinating, supervising, and performing field and office responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and/or generate deliverable documentation of various projects including geotechnical reports, permits, health and safety plans, traffic control plans, and other required project documentation;
  • Consistently execute prescribed technical procedures and work plans;
  • Provide and support in planning, scheduling, and executing all facets of projects;
  • Participate in project management meetings, office meetings, health, and safety inspections;
  • Maintain a commitment to exceeding client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality work;
  • Conduct project administration tasks as required, including timesheet generation and project invoicing;
Requirements
  • University Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field, or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Management or related field;
  • Experience and knowledge with Geotechnical drilling, settlement analyses, slope stability assessments, and civil construction would be an asset;
  • Experience writing proposals, specifications, case studies, technical and non-technical reports;
  • Ability to work overtime hours as required to satisfy client demands during peak periods;
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment an asset;
  • Superior document management experience;
  • Excellent English language skills, oral and written;
  • Superior time management skills;
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
