Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at Englobe. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects of various sizes, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, and project coordinators, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and company performance.
Requirements
  • University degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical project management, with a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
