Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects of various sizes, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including geotechnical engineers, civil engineers, and project coordinators, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and company performance.
- University degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical project management, with a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
