Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Warieka Development Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Supervision: Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
