Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BLENZ COFFEE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive excellent service.
  • Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
