Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at L.A. Food Services LTD.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a restaurant or catering firm environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
