About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at EightSix Network. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Process reservations and plan guest seating arrangements, working closely with our servers to ensure excellent service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment, preferably in a host/hostess role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
