Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Veg Delight Pizza Bakery & Restaurant Limited.

Job Description:

The Restaurant Host/Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items and preparation methods.
  • Table Management: Receive reservations, assign tables, and ensure timely seating.
  • Cash Handling: Balance and deposit cash, and receive payments from customers.
  • Communication: Liaise between chefs and customers, and address any complaints or concerns.
  • General Duties: Assist with special needs, attend to seating arrangements, and perform opening and closing activities.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Host/Hostess will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and combining sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, and team player.
