Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families.
- Conduct social assessments, provide counseling services, maintain records, and attend interdisciplinary clinical/case conferences.
- Identify applicable community resources for clients and facilitate care throughout the continuum.

Qualifications- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an approved school of Social Work.
- Two years' recent related experience working with marginalized clients with multiple health issues in community-based or Indigenous-led organizations.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
